Acceptable use policy
This policy defines how the DeskBridge digital workspace may and may not be used. It exists to protect users, platform integrity and the sovereignty boundaries on which the service is built.
Purpose of this policy
DeskBridge provides a private, sovereign digital workspace designed for lawful and responsible use. This Acceptable Use Policy defines permitted and prohibited activities to ensure the platform remains stable, predictable and compliant with applicable law.
Permitted use
You may use DeskBridge for legitimate personal, professional or business activities, including but not limited to:
- Document creation, editing and storage
- Email and everyday communication
- Remote work and freelance activity
- Administrative and organisational tasks
- Use of lawful software and web‑based tools
Prohibited activity
The following activities are not permitted on the DeskBridge platform:
- Use of the service for any unlawful purpose
- Distribution or storage of illegal content
- Attempts to access other users’ workspaces or platform systems
- Malware creation, execution or distribution
- Activity intended to disrupt platform stability or reliability
- Hosting of public file‑sharing or content distribution services
- Resale or sub‑leasing of DeskBridge access without written permission
Security and integrity
You must not attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with authentication, access controls or isolation mechanisms within the DeskBridge platform.
Responsibility for protecting login credentials rests with the account holder. Credentials must not be shared with unauthorised parties.
Content and privacy
DeskBridge does not routinely inspect user workspace content. Action may be taken where required to meet legal obligations, respond to abuse reports, or protect the platform from harm.
All use of the platform must respect the rights and privacy of others.
Enforcement
DeskBridge reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Where a breach is identified, action may include warnings, suspension or termination of access.
DeskBridge may be required to cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
