Privacy within DeskBridge is treated as an architectural property, not a configurable option. Data handling, access and jurisdiction are defined deliberately rather than left to default cloud behaviours.

DeskBridge does not rely on advertising, behavioural tracking, or data monetisation as part of its business model.

When you create or operate a DeskBridge workspace, we collect the minimum account information required to provide the service, including email address and authentication credentials.

Workspace data

Files, emails and activity within your DeskBridge workspace remain private to you. DeskBridge does not inspect or analyse workspace content except where explicit user‑initiated support requires it.

Technical information

Limited technical information such as connection state, client version and service health indicators may be collected to maintain stability and reliability.

Where third‑party service providers are used to support service delivery, data sharing is limited, contractually controlled and aligned with DeskBridge’s privacy and sovereignty principles.
